Personal Training Sessions
One-on-one training with me! Before we begin it is important to understand YOUR goals and objectives. This enables me to create a custom program for you that is safe and will lead to a stronger, happier, and healthier you. I will be there during your fitness journey every step of the way.
I conduct initial assessments which include:
Posture, flexibility, strength, endurance, body composition
Assessments will be repeated after 6 weeks or so during your fitness journey to ensure we are achieving your goals and objectives. We are a team, I am here to support, teach, guide, challenge, and motivate you. Let’s get to it!
